## What it is

NEXUPIRA is an AI-native integration platform (iPaaS). The same Workflow Engine + Event Bus that schedules a supplier audit also fires when a YOLO bounding box crosses a disease threshold on a strawberry leaf. Different triggers, different connected tools, one engine.

Founded in 2026. The founding team brings over a decade of hands-on OT (operational technology) and precision-instrument integration experience into the platform. The architecture is designed so that adding a new use case — a spectrometer, a LINE LIFF check-in, a CMMS feed — is one more step in an existing Workflow, not a new system.

- Use case: Strawberry farmer used to spend 2 hours a day walking the rows checking for pest and disease damage. Now takes one photo with his phone; YOLO + Vision LLM identifies the disease and location in under 10 seconds. Photos and data archived automatically.
- In progress: With NCIR (Taiwan National Center for Instrumentation Research), adding spectral analysis to measure sweetness and pesticide residue without picking the fruit.

- Scale: 5 commercial venues, 500+ daily temp workers, 10 supervisors.
- Use case: LINE LIFF as the only worker entry point — face recognition + GPS check-in, ID OCR, blacklist, automated insurance enroll/cancel via API, site-configurable pay rules, daily payroll calculation, supervisor LINE reports.

## Roadmap

- Templates marketplace (coming): Pre-bundled Workflow + connectors + rules. Pick a template, plug in your tools, go live without custom build.
- Industrial UPII (Universal Precision Instrument Interface): single ingress for any precision instrument — Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, REST, gRPC, serial, USB-HID. Currently deployed for select customers.
