How to use it

  1. Choose Quotation or Invoice at the top of the form.
  2. Fill in your business and your client. A field you leave empty shows as “to add” on the document, so you can see what is still missing.
  3. Add each item with its quantity, unit and unit price. The preview appears as soon as one item has a name and a price.
  4. Set the currency, tax rate and deposit, tick the box if your prices already include tax, and enter how many days the quote is valid (for an invoice, when payment is due).
  5. Click “Print or save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” in the print window.

Frequently asked questions

Is the quote generator free? Do I need an account?

It is free and needs no sign-up. Fill in the form, then print the quotation or invoice or save it as a PDF.

Is my quote saved anywhere?

Your draft stays in this browser, so it is still there when you come back. To build the preview, the form is sent to our server, turned into the document and not stored.

How are the subtotal, tax and deposit worked out?

Each line is quantity × unit price, and the lines add up to the subtotal. Tax is added on top, or taken out of the total when your prices already include tax. With a deposit percentage, the document shows the deposit and the balance.

What if I don’t know the tax rate?

Leave it empty. The document then says the tax rate is still to be added instead of guessing one.

Which currencies and languages does the quote template support?

TWD, USD, JPY, HKD, SGD and EUR. The document is written in the page language (English, Traditional Chinese or Japanese), which you can switch at the top.

Can I turn a quotation into an invoice?

Yes. Switch to Invoice at the top; what you filled in stays. Each document gets a number from the date and time, such as Q-20261025-1430 or INV-20261025-1430. Bank details are not in this form, so the invoice marks the bank and account number “to add”.
