Our first AI teammates are live. Docu keeps the books, Nova runs your day and Rex looks after customers, handing back finished Excel, Word and PDF files.
We have split the NEXUPIRA assistant into AI teammates. Each one has its own speciality, tone and working rules. Hand off a task and you get a finished file back.
The three on the free plan
- Docu · Finance & Expenses: income, expenses and reconciliation, in tables you can use right away. Income and expenses in an Excel sheet with formulas, receipts turned into an expense report, and a monthly reconciliation reminder.
- Nova · Admin Secretary: keeps your schedule, inbox and to-dos in order every day. A morning briefing, meeting notes turned into to-do lists, and free meeting slots found for you.
- Rex · Sales & Customer Service: quotes, follow-ups and customer replies. A PDF quote in ten minutes, a batch of customer replies at once, and replies drafted for LINE messages.

Every task is one of four kinds: Instant result, Your own material, Make it recurring and With your apps. Not sure where to start? Each persona card has a signature task you can run straight away.
Specialists on Pro
Meno (Knowledge & Training), Agent K (Projects & Workflows) and Data (Data Analysis) come with Pro. Mika (Marketing & Content) is coming soon.
Build your own
If none of them fits, create a custom persona under Settings → Character with its own name, job title, duties, working rules and reference documents. The free plan includes one; paid plans are unlimited.
Your first login asks you to hire your first AI teammate. You can switch any time in Settings → Character.
