Billing basics
- Currency: TWD on the Traditional-Chinese site, USD on the international site, switched automatically by locale.
- Billing cycle: monthly or annual; annual billing is discounted — details will be published alongside pricing.
- Free trial: once paid plans open, a 7-day full-feature trial is provided at no charge; a perpetual Free plan is also available.
- Tax & invoice: Taiwan transactions are issued a government e-invoice; whether prices include tax is shown at checkout.
- Payment: credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / UnionPay). Taiwan transactions are handled by our PCI DSS Level 1 payment service providers NewebPay (藍新) and ECPay (綠界); international transactions by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We do not store full card numbers (SAQ A scope).
- Refunds: as an online digital service provided immediately upon consent, the cooling-off period does not apply and fees are non-refundable (except duplicate charges or billing errors); see our Refund Policy.
Add-on modules
Add-ons attach to any paid plan. Pricing is not yet public — please contact us to enable them.
- Vision module — single-image object detection and defect analysis (e.g. crop-disease inspection), with scan history and sharing.
- Extra automation runs — add workflow runs per month.
- Extra knowledge storage — add RAG document storage.
Customization (Enterprise)
Customization is available on the Enterprise plan only, delivered per individual contract after scope and quotation:
- Sovereign deployment (on-prem / private cloud) with single-tenant isolation
- SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC), enterprise directory integration, and RBAC
- Custom connectors / custom MCP server integration
- Bespoke integration with existing systems and data sources, custom workflow onboarding
- Custom / self-hosted LLM integration
- Dedicated SLA, priority support, and onboarding services

- Can I buy a paid plan now?
- Pricing for the personal tiers (Free / Pro / Max) is coming soon and online checkout is not yet open. We currently work Enterprise-first — apply for early access via the form, or email [email protected].
- What are the plans and how do they differ?
- Free / Pro / Max are personal plans; Enterprise is for organisations. Seats, workspaces, RBAC, SSO, audit log, sovereign deployment, and connector customization are Enterprise-only.
- How is currency determined?
- By locale: TWD on the Traditional-Chinese site, USD on the international site.
- Will the trial auto-charge?
- Once paid plans open, after the 7-day trial you are not charged unless you subscribe; if you have subscribed, billing begins when the trial ends.
- Can I get a refund?
- Paid plans are online digital services; where you consent to immediate provision at checkout, the cooling-off period does not apply and fees are non-refundable — see the Terms.
- How do I get add-ons or customization?
- Add-ons are enabled by contacting us; customization is Enterprise-only — both are arranged via the contact form.
