Terms update: the self-serve edition

Ahead of opening self-serve sign-up, we rewrote our Terms of Service and set out how enterprise agreements apply.

Ahead of opening self-serve sign-up, we updated our Terms of Service on 15 September 2026. The main changes:

Enterprise agreements take precedence: customers with a signed enterprise agreement are governed by that agreement.
18 and over: self-serve plans are for adults.
Outputs: what rights you have in AI-generated output, and that you should review it before relying on it.
Beta features: features marked as beta may change or be withdrawn.
Language precedence: the terms are published in English, Traditional Chinese and Japanese. For TWD transactions billed by Lofty Mems Co., Ltd. the Traditional Chinese version prevails; for everything else, the English version does.
