Ren and Kai are here: two more AI teammates on Max

Max has two more AI teammates: Ren (HR Management) and Kai (New Business). They come with a Max subscription.

Ren | HR Management

Clock-ins, leave and onboarding, run on your company's own rules.

• Imports clock-in records and lists late arrivals, early leaves, missed punches and time beyond your schedule
• Leave balances from the leave days your company gives, computed by code
• LINE leave requests for you to approve, and your own joining and leaving checklists

Ren works from the rules you set and does not judge whether they meet local law.

Kai | New Business

Works through the list you give: checks each company, writes the outreach, waits for you to press Send, and later drafts a follow-up for you to send. You supply the list; Kai does not go looking for companies.

• One customer profile card; the list goes on only when you confirm at least 8 of 10
• A research card per company: three sourced facts, why now, and the opening
• Outreach goes out only when you press Send, 30 a day at most; every email carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes is not emailed again
• If no reply has been marked 5 days after sending, one follow-up is drafted for you to send; you answer every reply yourself
