For consultants and corporate trainers

A company asks for a quote. It is drafted before you open the chat.

Retainers and in-house workshops mean back-and-forth about days, headcount and dates. Rex drafts the reply and the quote, Nova finds the time; you check and send.

No sign-up: make a quote in your browser first.

Three steps

From the first message to a paid invoice

  1. An HR lead asks: “What would a one-day AI workshop for 30 people cost?”

The message lands in your inbox, and Rex drafts a reply from your rates and past quotes.

  2. Rex drafts the reply and a PDF quote

Fee, materials, travel and tax are itemized, with the deposit and balance worked out. Anything your rate card does not cover is marked “to confirm”.

  3. You send it; Nova books the session, Docu logs the payment

Once it is sent, ask Nova to find a free slot in your Google Calendar and book the session. When the payment arrives, Docu records it in your ledger.

Common questions

Do I need a LINE Official Account?

You need one messaging channel: a LINE Official Account, a WhatsApp Business number or a Telegram bot. The help center walks you through setting one up.

Will the AI reply to clients on its own?

No. Rex only drafts. Nothing reaches a client until you review it and press Send.

Do I have to connect Google?

Only for scheduling, which uses Google Calendar. The inbox and quotes work without a Google account.

What does it cost?

Start with the free trial. It comes with trial points and needs no credit card.
