Do I need a LINE Official Account?
You need one messaging channel: a LINE Official Account, a WhatsApp Business number or a Telegram bot. The help center walks you through setting one up.
Will the AI reply to clients on its own?
No. Rex only drafts. Nothing reaches a client until you review it and press Send.
Where do the prices come from?
From the price list and documents you upload (Excel, Word or PDF). Items your list does not cover are marked “to confirm”; Rex never invents a price.
