- Products, equipment and eco-friendly options.
- Frequency, access (keys, pets) and cancellation.
Common mistakes
- Quoting by phone without photos or a visit.
- No exclusions list (mould, biohazard, heavy lifting).
- Last-minute cancellations unpaid.
Deposit, balance and validity
One-off cleans paid on completion; regular cleans invoiced monthly. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is charged at 50%. Quote valid for 30 days.
