- Behaviour policy, pick-up time and late collection.

- Fixed price without seeing the coat.
- No policy for aggressive or anxious pets.
- Not asking about skin conditions or vaccinations.
Deposit, balance and validity
Payment on collection. Quotes are confirmed after seeing the pet. Severe matting may require a shave-down for the animal’s welfare.
