Corporate Training Quote Template
Training buyers compare day rates, but what they need is an outcome. Quote the needs analysis, delivery days and materials separately, and say whether the session may be recorded and reused.
No sign-up. Totals, tax and deposit are worked out for you; print it or save it as a PDF.

What to put on the quote
- Topic, learning goals, audience level and maximum participants.
- Format (on-site, online, hybrid), duration and agenda.
- Materials, venue and equipment provided by whom.
- Recording and reuse of slides; cancellation and rescheduling.
Common mistakes
- No participant cap, so a workshop turns into a lecture for 80.
- Letting the client record and reuse the session for free.
- Cancellation a week before with no fee.
Deposit, balance and validity
30–50% to confirm dates, balance after delivery; many companies pay 30 days after invoice. Quote valid for 30 days. Cancellation within 14 days of the date is charged in part.
Questions people ask
Can the client record my session?
Allow it only if agreed; recording for internal reuse is often priced as a licence.
Do I charge for preparation?
Include it in the day rate or as a needs-analysis line, but make it visible.
Online or on-site price?
Many trainers charge the same for delivery and drop travel for online. Write which.
