- Not mentioning handmade variation.
Deposit, balance and validity
50% deposit to start, balance before shipping. Quote valid for 30 days; lead time counted from sample approval. Handmade items may vary slightly from the sample.

Charge for it and credit it on orders above a quantity.
How long does it take?
Give a lead time from sample approval, not from enquiry.
Can each piece have a different name?
Yes; ask for the list in a spreadsheet by a set date.
