What to put on the quote
- Itinerary, start and end times and pickup points.
- Vehicle type, seats and luggage capacity.
- What is included: fuel, tolls, parking, guide, tickets.
- Overtime, cancellation, weather and itinerary changes.
Common mistakes
- An all-day price with no hour limit.
- Not stating that entrance fees and meals are excluded.
- No policy for typhoons or road closures.
Deposit, balance and validity
30% deposit to book, balance on the day or before departure. Quote valid for 14 days. Free cancellation up to 7 days before; weather cancellations are rescheduled or refunded minus costs incurred.

What counts as overtime?
Time beyond the agreed hours from pickup, charged per hour.
Are meals included?
Say whether the driver’s meals and guests’ meals are included.
What if the weather is bad?
State how itineraries are changed or refunded.
