App Development Quote Template
App quotes are only as good as the feature list. Break the build into milestones with acceptance criteria, and say how change requests are estimated before anyone starts coding them.
No sign-up. Totals, tax and deposit are worked out for you; print it or save it as a PDF.

What to put on the quote
- Feature list per milestone with acceptance criteria.
- Platforms, devices and OS versions supported.
- Third-party services and their running costs (hosting, push, maps).
- Warranty period for bugs, and support or maintenance after launch.
Common mistakes
- A single fixed price on a vague brief.
- No process for change requests.
- Forgetting store accounts, review time and running costs.
Deposit, balance and validity
Payments per milestone on acceptance, often with 20–30% upfront. Quote valid for 30 days. A bug warranty of 30–90 days after launch; new features are change requests with their own estimate.
