What to put on the quote
- Platforms and number of posts and videos per month.
- Who shoots photos or video, and stock image use.
- Response time for comments and messages, and opening hours.
- Approval flow and how many revisions per post.
Common mistakes
- Promising daily posts without a content supply plan.
- Answering messages 24/7 without pricing it.
- No approval deadline, so posts miss their dates.
Deposit, balance and validity
Monthly retainer billed in advance, minimum three months, 30 days notice. Quote valid for 30 days. Paid boosting budget is separate.
Questions people ask
Is paid boosting included?
List ad spend separately and say whether you manage it.
Who owns the content?
Content made for the client transfers on payment; say if you reuse templates.
What if the client is late to approve?
Write an approval deadline; late approvals move the post date.
