Marketing Agency Quote Template
Clients confuse the agency fee with the ad budget. Keep them on separate lines, say who pays the platforms, and define what one month of management includes.

What to put on the quote
- Channels managed and the monthly ad budget range.
- Who pays the ad platforms and who owns the ad accounts.
- Creatives per month and revision rounds.
- Reporting, KPIs, minimum term and notice period.
Common mistakes
- Mixing ad spend and management fee in one figure.
- Running ads from your own account so the client cannot leave.
- Promising results instead of agreeing KPIs to track.
Deposit, balance and validity
Setup fee upfront, management billed monthly in advance; ad spend charged by the platforms to the client card. Quote valid for 30 days. Minimum term of three months with 30 days notice is common.
Questions people ask
Percentage of ad spend or flat fee?
Both are common. A flat fee with a spend band is easier to budget; say what happens above the band.
Who owns the ad accounts?
Recommend the client owns them and grants you access.
Do you guarantee results?
Agree on KPIs and reporting rather than guarantees.
