Document Services Quote Template
Document services are judged on speed and accuracy. Separate your service fee from government fees, list what the client must provide, and say what you cannot do if a licensed professional is required.
No sign-up. Totals, tax and deposit are worked out for you; print it or save it as a PDF.

What to put on the quote
- Exact documents prepared and the office they go to.
- Client-provided documents and deadlines.
- Government fees passed through at cost.
- Turnaround, rush options and limits of the service (no legal advice).
Common mistakes
- Hiding government fees in your service price.
- Starting before all original documents are in hand.
- Giving advice that requires a licensed lawyer or agent.
Deposit, balance and validity
Service fee and government fees paid upfront. Quote valid for 14 days because official fees change. Rejected applications caused by incomplete client documents are re-submitted at a reduced fee.
