Waterproofing Estimate Template
Leak repair is half detective work. Price the investigation separately from the repair, name the membrane system, and say what the warranty covers if the water turns out to come from somewhere else.
No sign-up. Totals, tax and deposit are worked out for you; print it or save it as a PDF.

What to put on the quote
- Likely cause, area to be treated and what is out of scope.
- Membrane product, number of coats and curing time.
- Flood test or moisture test before finishing.
- Warranty length and what it covers.
Common mistakes
- Guaranteeing a fix without testing where the water enters.
- Skipping curing or flood test to finish faster.
- A warranty that does not say which area it covers.
Deposit, balance and validity
Investigation is paid on the day; repair takes a 30% deposit with the balance after the flood test passes. Estimate valid for 30 days.
Questions people ask
What if the leak returns?
Write that the warranty covers the treated area; if water comes from another source, that is a new job.
How long should the warranty be?
State the years clearly for the treated area, and the conditions (no drilling through the membrane).
Can I skip the flood test?
It protects you as much as the client. Include it.
