Meet Pira

Not sure who to ask? Ask Pira. It answers anything right away, and when a specialist would help, it brings the right teammate into the same chat.

Meet Pira: ask anything, and Pira brings in the right teammate

Pira is the teal glass orb in your chat. Ask it anything. It answers right away, the way a general assistant would, and when one of your AI teammates' specialties would help, it brings that teammate in for you. You don't have to work out first which teammate to ask.

Where to find Pira

In Chat, Pira has its own row in the sidebar, right under New Chat and above My AI team. It says Pira and Ask me anything.

Click the row to start a chat with Pira. The empty chat greets you with: "Hi, I'm Pira. Ask me anything; when it needs a specialist, I'll bring in the right teammate."

Ask anything

Ask the way you would ask anyone, for example:

  • "Plan a relaxed three-day trip to Kyoto in November."
  • "Compare these two phones for me."
  • "How should I word a polite reminder to a client?"

Pira answers right away.

Bring in a teammate

When your question is about your business, Pira still answers first. If a specialist would make the answer more concrete, it suggests one teammate at the end of its reply, with a Bring in {name} button.

For example, paste this month's income and expenses and ask Pira to sort them out. Pira puts them into a table with totals, then offers Bring in Docu.

  1. Press Bring in Docu. Your chat sends "Please bring in Docu to take a look".
  2. While Pira asks, you'll see Pira: Consult a teammate….
  3. Docu answers in the same chat. The answer sits in an Asked Docu card; click the card to read Docu's reply.
  4. Pira then sums it up, and the chat shows Pira is done.

You stay in one chat the whole time, with no switching between teammates.

Good to know:

  • Pira suggests at most one teammate per reply.
  • If the teammate it suggests is not on your plan, you'll see a note on which plans include them instead of the button. See plans.
  • On older or slower phones, and when your device is set to reduce motion, Pira appears as the still NEXUPIRA mark. That's expected.
