Connect your LINE Official Account
Five steps to bring your LINE Official Account into NEXUPIRA so Rex can draft your replies.
Once connected, messages sent to your LINE Official Account arrive in NEXUPIRA. Rex drafts replies from your price list, FAQ and the documents you choose, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
The LINE customer-service inbox is part of Pro. During the closed beta, LINE is switched on per account; if yours is not on yet, the page will tell you.
Setup
In NEXUPIRA open Connections → LINE and follow the steps on the page:
- In LINE Official Account Manager, create an Official Account, then go to Settings → Messaging API and press Enable.
- In the LINE Developers Console, open the new channel and copy its Channel ID, Channel Secret and Access Token.
- Paste them into the NEXUPIRA form and save. Copy the Webhook URL the page generates into the Messaging API tab of the Developers Console.
- In the same tab, turn on Use webhook and press Verify. It should say Success.
- Back in OA Manager, turn off auto-reply messages and greeting messages so they do not override the AI's replies.
Test it
Send your Official Account a message from your phone. Your userId appears under Recently seen sources, and you can use Test push to check that messages flow both ways.
Next
- Choose which documents Rex should use when replying in the inbox.
- Hand off "Follow up LINE customers in one go": Rex lists the customers you have not followed up with, and you tick, edit and send.
