Will my customers' data be used to train AI?

In short: no. NEXUPIRA never uses your content or outputs to train AI models, and never sells your data. The documents you upload and your connection credentials are stored encrypted.

Where your data goes

To answer you, the AI has to send this message, its attachments and any documents it found to a model:

• With platform AI (the free trial and the points in your plan): to the model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, under their data-processing terms.
• With your own AI key (Pro and above): to the provider you chose, under your terms with that provider.

Either way, we never use your content to train models.

You decide what gets used

• Whether a chat uses your documents: the Documents button under the message box can be set to Auto, Only the ones I choose, or Off for this chat. See Documents and your knowledge base.
• The customer-service inbox reads only what you tick: replies use only the documents you chose on the connection page, such as a price list and FAQ.
• You see every reply first: nothing goes to a customer until you press Approve and send.

Deleting your data

Go to Settings → Account and press Delete account…. This permanently deletes your chats, documents, automations, memories, keys and connections, and cancels your subscription; invoices are kept as records. Steps are in Account and security.
