Getting started

Knowledge bots

A knowledge bot is a public chat link that answers from your documents. Share it on your website or LINE menu, and anyone with the link can ask without signing in.

Knowledge bots in NEXUPIRA: a public chat link that answers from your documents

A knowledge bot is a public chat link that answers from your documents. Its answers come only from what you put in Documents, so put your price list, FAQ or house rules there first; see Documents and your knowledge base. Anyone with the link can ask without signing in. Put it on your website or LINE menu so customers can look up hours, prices and returns, or let new staff look up house rules without asking you each time.

Before you start

  1. Open Documents, press New, then Upload files, and choose your price list, FAQ or house rules.
  2. Wait until the file shows Searchable. From then on, the bot can answer from it.

The bot answers only from your documents. If they don't have the answer, it says "I don't have that information." in the visitor's language instead of guessing. To have it answer more, add the missing information to Documents.

A bot made in Settings can draw on any of your documents, and anyone with the link can read its answers. Keep anything you would not show a visitor out of Documents, or don't share the link.

Make a bot

  1. Open Settings → Knowledge bots.
  2. Press New bot.
  3. Fill in:
    • Name, for example "Product FAQ".
    • Welcome message: the first line people see when they open the link. Leave it empty, and visitors are greeted in their own language.
    • Instructions (optional): how the bot should answer, for example friendly and short.
  4. Press Create.

Share the link

Your bot gets a Public link. Press Copy link and put it on your website, in your LINE menu, or anywhere your customers look. There is no embed code; you share the link.

Anyone with the link can ask without signing in. At the bottom of the page it says the answer comes from an AI colleague made with NEXUPIRA.

Before you share it, open the link yourself and ask a few questions your documents answer, to check the answers.

Usage and limits

Answers run on your account's AI, so every question counts toward your usage. On the free trial that is your trial credits; on Pro and Max, if you have added your own AI key, it is that key.

How many bots can be on at the same time:

Pro 3
Max 10

See Plans and pricing.

Switch it off, or get a new link

  • Off: use the switch next to the bot. While it's off, people with the link can't ask; the page says "This assistant is not available." Turning it back on keeps the same link.
  • New link: if the link has ended up somewhere it shouldn't be, press New link and confirm. The current link stops working right away, and anyone using it will need the new one.
  • Edit or Delete: open the More actions menu on the bot. Deleting a bot stops its public link; your documents are not affected.
