Can AI make my quotes? In my country's format?
Yes. Rex turns your items and prices into a formal quote and hands back an A4 PDF. English quotes follow the US format, Chinese the Taiwan format and Japanese the Japan 御見積書.
In short: yes. NEXUPIRA's Rex (Sales & Customer Service) turns the items, prices and terms you give it into a formal quote and hands back an A4 PDF. The format follows the language of the quote; there is no separate country setting.
Three formats

What to have ready
- Your company details: name, tax ID, address and contact. Fill them in under Settings → Company profile, or just tell Rex in the chat and it saves them there, so every later quote uses them.
- The tax rate: taken from your company profile or what you say. Without one, the quote reads "tax rate to add" and Rex asks you for it, so the total is never mistaken for a tax-free one.
- A detail you haven't given is left off, never filled with a placeholder; Rex tells you what is missing.
- Rex never makes up prices, and adds no contract, acceptance or payment-deadline terms you didn't give.
How to start
- In the sidebar, under AI team, click Rex to open a chat.
- Paste what you need, for example "Client Ms Wang: brand identity design 30,000 and website build 50,000, plus 5% tax, 50% deposit on signing, done in three weeks. Make it a PDF quote." Or try the sample under Show more tasks: "Turn these requirements into a PDF quote".
- The PDF appears in the chat's Results, ready to download.
