Can AI reply to my customers on my LINE Official Account?
AI drafts the reply and you approve it before it is sent. Replies follow your price list and FAQ; NEXUPIRA never replies to customers on its own.
In short: AI drafts the reply, and nothing is sent until you approve it. Once your own LINE Official Account is connected, each customer message gets a reply drafted from your price list and FAQ. You read it, edit it if you like, and press Approve and send; only then does it go out from your Official Account. NEXUPIRA never replies to customers on its own.
How it works
- A customer messages your LINE Official Account.
- NEXUPIRA looks for the answer in the reference documents you chose (a price list, an FAQ), drafts a reply and lets you know.
- In the inbox, the message shows Waiting for your approval. You can edit the text.
- Press Approve and send to send it from your LINE Official Account, or Reject to leave it.
Replies go out from your Official Account as push messages, which count toward its monthly message allowance.
What you need
- Your own LINE Official Account, with the Messaging API enabled.
- A price list and an FAQ in Documents, ticked as the reference for replies on the LINE connection page. If you don't have them yet, that page can build both from a few fields in a few minutes.
- The full steps are in Connect your LINE Official Account.
Does it work on the free trial?
Yes. The free trial connects one messaging channel (LINE Official Account, WhatsApp Business or Telegram), and the inbox drafts up to 10 replies a day. Drafting uses the 30 points you get at sign-up, and they don't refill. To keep going, upgrade to Pro or Max; see Plans and pricing.
WhatsApp and Telegram too
The same inbox works with WhatsApp Business and Telegram: drafted first, sent only when you approve. WhatsApp only lets you reply directly within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
