What Docu can do

  • Income and expenses into an Excel ledger: income and expenses separated, a subtotal for each category, and a final row with the totals and the balance.
  • Upload a statement: for example an export from your bank. Docu groups it by category and marks anything it cannot categorise "to confirm".
  • Receipt photos into an expense report: it reads the date, tax ID, items and amount. When the items plus tax do not add up to the printed total, it tells you which receipt to check.
  • A monthly reconciliation reminder: for example a month-end finance checklist in Notion on the 25th (connect Notion first).

Docu never makes up amounts, dates or tax IDs. Anything it cannot read is marked "to confirm" for you to decide.

How to start

  1. Sign up and verify your email. See Getting started with NEXUPIRA.
  2. In the sidebar, under AI team, click Docu to open a chat.
  3. Click the Try this first example to see the result with sample data, or upload your own statement and say "group this into a ledger by category and export it as Excel".

The Excel file appears in the chat's Results, where you can download it or save it to your knowledge base.
