Getting started

- How much can I use for free? Do I need a credit card? No credit card. The free trial comes with 30 points at sign-up, given once and not refilled; when they run out, upgrade to Pro or Max to keep going.
- Automations that run on a schedule▶ Video Say "every weekday at 9, send me…" in chat and your AI teammate drafts the automation. Nothing runs until you review it and click Create and turn on.
- Documents and your knowledge base▶ Video Put your price list, FAQ, contracts and other files in Documents. Your AI teammates answer from them and show which file they used.
- Meet Pira▶ Video Not sure who to ask? Ask Pira. It answers anything right away, and when a specialist would help, it brings the right teammate into the same chat.
- Knowledge bots▶ Video A knowledge bot is a public chat link that answers from your documents. Share it on your website or LINE menu, and anyone with the link can ask without signing in.

- Switch or adjust your persona Change persona, name and look in Settings → Character.
- Meeting rooms▶ Video Put several AI teammates in one room and give them a topic. They talk it through in turns while you jump in, and ending the meeting gives you minutes with decisions and to-dos.
- Is there an AI that does the books for a small business? Yes. Docu turns income and expenses, bank statements and receipt photos into a ledger and hands back an Excel file.
- Can AI make my quotes? In my country's format? Yes. Rex turns your items and prices into a formal quote and hands back an A4 PDF. English quotes follow the US format, Chinese the Taiwan format and Japanese the Japan 御見積書.
